It can happen that you want to return an order. The product does not suit you or there is another reason why you do not want the product, what now?

- Products that are not personalized can be returned within 14 days provided they are undamaged and in the original packaging.
The return costs are for the buyer.

- Personalized items cannot be returned as they are made to order, so please pay close attention to the correct spelling of names and any other possible mistakes when ordering. Blij Cadeau is not responsible for mistakes made by the buyer themselves.

If Blij Cadeau has made a mistake, something can of course be arranged. In that case, send an email to blijcadeau@gmail.com with your name, order number and the mistake that was made, possibly also with photos. We will then carefully look into it and ensure a good solution.
